What does INCOSPAR mean?
INCOSPAR was set up by the government of India by Dr. Vikram Sarabhai in 1962. It emerges from the Indian space research organization in 1969. At a time the committee was part of the Tata Institute of the fundamental research center. The committee took over the responsibilities of the department of atomic energy in space science and research.
